Paul Mercier

Paul Mercier is a recruitment professional since 1987, year he joined the British firm Michael Page International for a career of 27 years as an executive search specialist, an entrepreneur and a business executive. He founded Headstock Executive Search in 2015.

 

Originally a specialist in financial recruitment, he devoted himself exclusively to C-level recruitment from 1998 in France and in Europe. As early as 2005, he focuses entirely on the African continent, developing a practice that has achieved about 1200 executive search projects in all sectors across 38 countries. With Headstock, Paul Mercier now devotes half of his activity to the African continent, of which he is an acknowledged specialist in the recruitment and in leadership assessment.

Pierre-Antoine Fayol

Pierre-Antoine Fayol

Pierre-Antoine Fayol became recruitment consultant in 1998 after several years within a major car manufacturer as Project Purchasing engineer.

 

Director of the Engineering division of Michael Page in Paris until 2005, he developed a genuine expertise in the recruitment for manufacturing and processing industries, with a team of 30 consultants.

 

He spent 8 years working for the Accetis group as Director in France then General Manager in Germany, based in Munich. He conducted numerous executive search assignments for global multinational companies and for family owned businesses before returning to France for developing Headstock Executive Search.
