Evaluation is an essential component of our business. We deploy our methodology in specific contexts: assessment prior to reorganization, senior appointment, or as part of a change in governance or ownership

We have also developed an advisory activity for Private Equity firms and investors, upstream and downstream of their investment operations – particularly in Africa – by providing an independent evaluation service of executive teams and by performing HR organizational audits.

Succession Planning / Talent Mapping

We help Boards and HR leadership teams to assess the reality and relevance of succession plans for key positions.
When these plans are absent or weak, we methodically establish a mapping of external potential successors and we develop an alternative succession plan.
